GENERAL TERMS:
♦ I reserve the right to decline your commission, for any reason.♦ Removal of my signature/logo is not accepted and any attempt to do so will be an immediate blacklist.♦ NFT creation by the means of using my art is prohibited, in all forms.♦ All art is posted to my Twitter, with character credits applied.♦ You cannot repost my art on other platforms without credit.♦ In accordance with above terms, art cannot be claimed as your own.♦ I will be in touch with you during the process of your commission either via DMs on Twitter or on Discord (ask me via twt or my discord server for this).
PAYMENT TERMS:
♦ Payments are taken prior to me starting to commission.♦ Payments must be completed via PayPal invoice, all pricing is USD.♦ Prices may increase if character complexity is high.♦ Multiple characters is +50% (maximum 2 characters).
ART IN PROGRESS TERMS:
♦ Commissions may take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months (max 3).♦ Please do not contact me every single day for an update. Be respectful and within reason!♦ Rush fees are not always accepted, please let me know prior to me accepting your commission if you require it by a certain date.♦ Every milestone stage (ex: sketch -> lineart -> base colour) will be approved before I continue!♦ Custom commissions will have much more approval stages than regular commissions.
REFUND TERMS:
♦ Full refunds after I have made progress on your commission are not reciprocated.♦ Refunds are permitted after the 3 month maximum wait time.
YOUR RIGHTS / WHAT YOU RECEIVE:
♦ I allow use for profile pics, banners, character icons (with credit).♦ You can request for me to remain anonymous with no character credits.♦ Any changes during the initial sketch, line-art and base colour stage will be reciprocated.♦ You will receive a Full Res, a Toyhouse friendly Res + any other versions I may have!
